1 · Read
Drop in the estimate PDF you already made. We find every priced line and check our totals against the numbers your estimate prints — to the cent.
2 · Check
Thirty seconds of real decisions: confirm the client's name, glance at the total, swap photos if you like. If our reading doesn't add up, we stop and ask instead of guessing.
3 · Build
We write the narrative, lay out your pages in your brand, and pick past projects that match the job — nearby, similar work.
4 · Send
One button makes a private link you can text or email. It always shows the latest version, you can turn it off anytime, and the pipeline tells you when it's been viewed.
The pricing promise
Every price on the proposal is read from your PDF and passed through exactly as printed — never retyped, never rounded, never edited. We add your lines up ourselves and compare against the totals your estimate prints; if anything is off by a cent, the proposal waits for your eyes instead of going out wrong. Nothing in the tool can change a price. Ever.
Where the words and pictures come from
Three sources, clearly separated:
Your estimate — the scope, the line items, every price. The proposal's backbone.
Your Company pages — logo, colors, team, testimonials, past projects, your standard words. Saved once, reused on every proposal.
This proposal's edits — anything you change on one proposal stays on that proposal, and you can always revert to the generated text.
What your client sees
A clean page in your brand that reads well on a phone — no login, no app, just the private link. The same pages print to a PDF whenever you want a copy for the table. Sending through the link has a bonus: the pipeline shows you when it's been viewed.
What we learn (and how to fix it)
When you tell us where a line item belongs — “pavers go under Landscaping” — we remember it for every future estimate. Want anything renamed, reassigned, or forgotten? Tell us and we'll set it right.
